Experience the Transformative Power of the Gongs
This is a practical, hands-on training designed to immerse you in the world of magical gongs.
Throughout the day, you will explore different gong-playing techniques using mallets and flumies. We will be working in a group setting, experiencing how different tones and frequencies of the gongs resonate within the body.
We will focus on how to drop out of the mind and into the flow of playing from a heart-centred place, with intention, presence, and deep listening. Anyone can simply "hit" a gong, but we will be transforming gong playing from merely creating sound into facilitating a profound vibrational experience.
Whether you are completely new to gongs, curious about sound healing, or looking to deepen your existing practice, this immersive retreat will provide you with all that I have learned on my gong journey.

This retreat is for educational and personal development purposes and does not qualify participants as professional gong practitioners. Those new to gong healing are encouraged to undertake further training, mentorship, and supervised practice before facilitating gong sound healing sessions independently.

**REFUNDS POLICY**
Each Sound journey is created with deep care, intention and preparation and your booking secures one of our limited spaces. For this reason, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, you are welcome to gift or privately transfer your space to someone else. In some circumstances, we may be able to offer a swap to an alternative date, however this is not guaranteed and is reviewed case by case, depending on availability and timing.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the choice of an alternative date, Scarlet Loves Sound store credit, or a full refund.
Please ensure you arrive on time and no more than 10 mins early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately, you won’t be able to join, as it may disrupt the
experience for others. If you are late for the experience and unable to join in the session we will not offer a refund.
